He began his studies in Electronic Engineering at the National Technological University, later specializing in areas such as Marketing and Sales at institutions such as the Kellogg School of Management in the United States and UADE.

In the field of Human Resources, he obtained the PERH certification at IAE/Universidad Austral.
He started his career in 1984 in the Systems area at Hewlett Packard Argentina, covering various responsibilities for 7 years as Personal Computing Support for end users, including the training area.

During the launch of Microsoft Windows NT for Argentina, he joined Unisel as Microsoft Product Manager, carrying out a comprehensive Certification and Training campaign for the new operating system throughout the country, giving numerous conferences to end users and resellers.

Subsequently, he took over the entire portfolio of the company's Network products, designing Marketing plans, Promotions, and incentives, and training the Resellers channel.
In 1994, he returned to Hewlett Packard as Product Manager for Networks for Southern Latin America, with responsibilities including training the Distribution Channel and designing innovative Marketing programs for emerging LAN network technologies.

In 1998, he joined Cisco Systems Latin America as Commercial Manager, initially covering the Southern Cone and later expanding his responsibilities to all of Latin America, managing workgroups in his specific market segment and designing promotion, marketing, and incentive plans.
After 8 years, he decided to change the direction of his career by taking charge of the internal Training and Development organization for all of Latin America.

After 3 years, he expanded his responsibilities globally, managing training development groups for Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe, during which he was a facilitator in Coaching and Leadership courses for Directors and Country Managers.

He later took on the responsibility for developing content for technical courses in the United States. Since 2014, he has been collaborating as an Associate Consultant with mb&l Consultores.
