Graduated as a Bachelor of Systems at the CAECE University (Center for Higher Studies in Exact Sciences) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has 20 years of professional experience in technology companies such as IBM, PeopleSoft, EMC, and Verint. He is an expert in B2B sales, pre-sales, channels, and marketing.

He has over 15 years of experience providing consulting, training, and coaching in adoption to commercial teams.
In 1988, he joined IBM Argentina as a Benefits and Compensation Analyst in the Human Resources area. Later, he accepted a promotion as a Services Specialist, marking the beginning of his commercial career.

During his time at IBM, he received the Innovation and Added Value Award, presented directly by the company's president.

In March 1996, he joined PeopleSoft Argentina, where he held positions as Product Consultant, Account Executive, and Pre-Sales Manager for the Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia).
In November 1998, he accepted the challenge of being part of the EMC start-up in Argentina. He led the pre-sales area during a time of strong growth for the company, increasing his team from 1 to 10 people in 18 months.

In mid-2002, he was transferred by EMC to their offices in Miami, USA, where for three years he was responsible for developing and improving the productivity of the internal and external sales force for Latin America.

During this period, he was certified in Siebel sales methodologies such as TAS (Target Account Selling), PMP (Portfolio Management Process), and CHAMP (Partner Planning Program).
In 2007, he joined mb&l Consultores as a Consultant. Between 2014 and 2015, he served in Miami, USA, as Manager of Alliances and Channels for Latin America at Verint Systems.

In 2015, he returned to mb&l Consultores as an Associate Consultant to assist with the Commercial Transformation of clients.
